Use & Care
Beat eggs, then add butter, vanilla and milk. Beat together for 30 seconds. In a separate bowl sift together all dry ingredients. Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients, beating until smooth. Heat 5cm of cooking oil to 185°C / 365°F. Pour the batter mixture into the doughnut dispenser. Hold directly over heated oil with fingers, press the plunger knob with thumb and release quickly. Repeat the pressing and releasing process. Adjust the thickness of the doughnut by turning the valve on the bottom of the doughnut maker. Turn doughnuts over as soon as they brown on under side. When completely browned, remove and place on wire cooling rack. Roll in cinnamon sugar to decorate.
